A meeting was held, bringing together senior officials from police headquarters across the country to discuss how to handle stalking cases and similar incidents. A senior official from the National Police Agency instructed them to “completely eliminate a passive approach and ensure the safety of victims and others, making every effort to establish an effective system with the highest priority.”
